What is the lean startup?

Build-measure-learn

Build an MVP to test a key assumption, measure real behaviour with actionable metrics rather than vanity metrics, then persevere or pivot.

It is harder to apply where regulation or safety prevents early releases. Its iterative spirit resembles agile.
