Format

Candidates typically get 20–40 minutes to prepare, present for 5–10 minutes and then take questions. Some allow only a whiteboard or no slides. Korean public enterprises often set policy topics tied to their business.

Preparation

With 30 minutes, spend about 10 on reading and defining the problem, 10 on two or three solutions with evidence and 10 on structure and silent rehearsal. Present problem, cause, solution and impact, stating your conclusion first. Q&A; often probes feasibility and cost; acknowledge limits and offer fixes.

FAQ

Do I need slides?
Not always; many use a board or oral delivery.
Is there a right answer?
Usually logic and feasibility matter more.
