自主学习（自我导向学习）

概述

诺尔斯（1975）将自我导向学习定义为学习者主动进行需求诊断、目标设定、资源确定、策略实施和结果评价，是成人教育学的核心。齐默尔曼的自我调节学习侧重计划、监控与反思的循环。自我效能感同样重要。
